Your-confidence is Your State of Certainty in the Success of What You Believe in and are Doing Right Now.

Your-confidence is your faith that what you are doing is directly contributing to the fulfilment of your-goals, which in turn leads to your achievement of your-purpose. But you have to fuel yourself to build your state of certainty in reaching what you are aiming for.  So your-self-efficacy, your-hope, your-values, your-emotions, your-moods are drawn into the process of building yourself.  Also your-self-effectiveness in meditating plays a crucial role in drawing your inner strength to solidify your state of certainty in your-achievement of the things you have set yourself to do.

Move From Self-Confidence to Your-Confidence

The trick, though, is that your confidence always remains the property of your inner strength. Self-confidence is much like the software that you have downloaded and still need to "install" and "configure" it.  Once you have installed and configured you now have your-confidence ready to run.  Lets take this same argument farther.  Even when you run installed and configured software, I can argue that if you are not producing a deliverable, such as a document, report, model or executable code, then the software is only occupying invaluable processing power and memory and actually consuming your resources without you gaining anything at all.  But lets spare this argument for another day.  I only wanted you to see the importance of converting a "self" into a "your" factor.

Your Confidence is the Force that Enables You to Go the Extra Mile.

Think about how you succeeded in anything you did when you were still school going.  It does not matter what you decided to focus on: academic studies or other activities such as sports. One thing you did best was you put in the time and effort that was needed to prepare and then to write the exams or compete successfully.  Why would you want it to be different in you achieving your other life goals.  Certainly you still need time and effort.  Even if you want to use other people's time (OPT) and other people's effort (OPE), you still have to confidently organise such, which will take your own time and effort.   Here are some helpful development examples (note: will open in a new window) for your confidence.

Your Confidence Produces Confidence in Others and Reciprocates

Your confidence comes from you being sure that you will get where you are going - fulfil your-purpose and achieve your-goals.  The way you handle yourself in talking, deciding and acting on your today's commitment reveals your confidence in your future outcomes.  Such confidence needs no announcement to would be partners or fellow collaborators.  Others will feed off your confidence and so will you from theirs.  This is why you can distinguish different types of energy in a person - innovative or corrosive energy. When you generate positive or innovative or productive energy that manifests in your verbalizations, decisions and action you automatically attract people with the same level of confidence.

Now, Consider That Situation You Faced...

Did you have certainty in your success out of that situation?

Did you move from self confidence to your confidence?

Did you go the extra mile?

Did you notice your confidence rubbing on to others as their confidence also rubbed on you?

So that when you overcome a situation you will keep overcoming it's manifestations because you utilise very potent tools to succeed. This is your formidable challenge in life. It is normal! You will go through such challenges several times in your life. You will come to realize that whether it was during your childhood, teenage, youth, young adult, adult or old-age the same tools remain potent for your success - your continual upgrade of your self awareness development.
