January 4th 2019 #078How Your Goals Lead Your ValuesYour-Goals Are Like "Road Markers" While Your-Values Are Like "The Vehicle" You Are Driving InIt is new year and you have made it and so have your new or old sustainable goals for the next 12 months or more years ahead. You can make it your priority that your-goals become the "road markings" that guide or orientate (See the AEBOD video to understand how to use the word Orientate here ) you, meaning your Self to walk inside your-values . For you to be able to achieve this you need to set SMART goals and tie your-values to your "How to…" process to achieve your-goals . So your-values help to achieve your-goals. While executing your "How to ..." process to get to your-achieves Your-Achievements reflected in your-goals you need your-hope girding you all around. Here is one way to do this.
Make sure, in your mind, that you paste your-values to your chosen picture. Make sure, in your mind, that you paste your-goals on your chosen picture and then ponder upon this combination. Make sure, in your mind, that all your above action efforts are surrounded by the image that represents your-hope .
Select 3 Images ...Have you chosen a drawing that best represents your-values and then pondered upon this image. This is an incremental creative process or mental gym in which you grow from one session to the next. Now, check that you have followed similar steps to do your-goals and similar steps to do your-hope Lastly, Select an image that Best Represents...your combination of these 3 personal qualities.. Ask yourself the following question. Which personal quality from the 3 is most projected at you right now? Say for example, your-values . Then zoom in there, through something like: 1) "You are "Aware" of your-values as being pure, true, just and ultimately good?" 2) "You "Engage" or consult with your-values as your base?" 3) "You collaborate with (and base or align your decisions on) your-values?" 4) "Your-values in turn house You (the self of you) when walking towards your-goals ". 5) Finally, " your-hope covers (girdles) your-values together with your-goals when you find yourself inside your personally challenging situations?" Then, Verbalise Your-IdentityMotivesControl-AwarenessMake Real-time Consciousness of Your-IdentityMotivesControl-Awareness In Situations Your Awareness Priority!
