How To Walk In Group Identity

Consider Your Actions To Be Contributors To Achieving of Your Group's Goals And Objectives

If what you stand for, meaning your-personal-identity is exactly aligned to Your-Shared-Identity such that the consequences of your personal events, things, processes and phenomena significantly contribute to your groups events, things, processes and phenomena, then your team is performing at the right level - achieving shared goals and objectives.

For example, preparing together, socialising together, and doing the right things together.

Once you are performing then those watching might say something like: You really are achieving your-goals and realizing Your-Shared-Identity , while being oriented by Your-Courage all wrapped in your-personal-identity So here is one way you might visualise your walk.

Make sure, in your mind, that you paste Your-Shared-Identity to your chosen picture. Make sure, in your mind, that you paste Your-Courage on your chosen picture and then ponder upon this combination. Make sure, in your mind, that all your above action efforts are surrounded by the image that represents your-personal-identity .

Select 3 Images ...

Have you chosen a drawing that best represents Your-Shared-Identity and then pondered upon this image. This is an incremental creative process or mental gym in which you grow from one session to the next.

Now, check that you have followed similar steps to do Your-Courage and similar steps to do your-personal-identity

Lastly, Select an image that Best Represents...

your combination of these 3 personal qualities..

Ask yourself the following question. Which personal quality from the 3 is most projected at you right now? Say for example, your-personal-identity. Then zoom in there, through something like:

1) "You are "Aware" of your-shared-identity as your pillar in your group?"

2) "You "Engage" or consult with your-shared-identity as your driver?"

3) "You collaborate with (and base or align your decisions to) your-shared-identity?"

4) "Your-Courage is always orientating your walk with your-shared-identity?".

5) Finally, " your-personal-identity covers (girdles) Your-Shared-Identity together with Your-Courage when you find yourself inside your personally challenging situations?"
