Verbalize Your Action, Issue #042 - Verbalize-Enough-Sleep
April 13, 2018

April 13th 2018 #042

Enough Sleep is Your Lifestyle

Your owner - the One from whom you proceeded from as a living soul - passed to you your response ability to sleep as a demand on you in each and every 24 hour cycle.

So sleep is your precious irreversible time to rejuvenate your physical and soulical power.

Why is the time irreversible? Because when you have lost sleep time it is a self-hurting notion that you can actually recover that lost time.

This is how precise your sleep time is. Your sleep time comes once in your 24 hour cycle, just like all other things come once only in their time.

To sleep enough means to sleep when your time to sleep comes and to wake up when your time to wake up comes.

This is your reasonable duty. you can not delegate this duty to any one, even to your robot, if you now own one.

What Can Lead You To Not Sleep Enough?

There are many things or situations that may cause you to not sleep enough, but all of them boil down to one common denominator - lack of purpose.

That is, you have NOT become aware, engaged with or to, based inside, oriented from or to, and driven by or on your-purpose.

Read more on Your-Purpose . So you just go on in life as if you have all the time, which is another way of saying you are wasting your precious time.

In other words you have need to develop a disciplined lifestyle.

Discipline is the key word you need to study for yourself if you feel the need to develop a disciplined lifestyle.

One Thing You Should Note About Enough Sleep

It is not your need for enough sleep that is the issue.

Rather, it is the things that you are doing during the time before sleep and during the time after you wake up everyday. Do those thing right first thing and you will achieve getting yourself enough sleep.

The length of sleep you would call enough depends on how your body relates to sleep. Your body may or may not adapt well to a power nap and may simply be used to doing the traditional sleep time of 7 - 9 hours.

This is where you get into your sleep awareness, where you study your own response to sleep and make decisions and adjustments to your sleep pattern to achieve enough sleep so that your rested body and soul can respond in favour of your awareness benefits in all situations.

How Do You Develop a Balanced Sleep Consciousness for Sleep?

When you become aware of, engaged with, based in, oriented by or to and driven by and on enough sleep you are now conscious of your sleep, you begin to flow inside your enough-sleep consciousness acting with pleasure.

But if you are really only starting off and want to verbalize your action, here is a verbalization you may use to insert yourself into so that you can develop your balanced sleep lifestyle.

If you can verbalize then you can speak into your own sleep environment.

Your sleep environment responds to what you have spoken.

Your balanced sleep environment will be activated by the sleep words that you say and the action you follow through with.

You Can Walk Inside Your-purpose by Your-courage

Try inter-linking Your-Purpose , your-self-control and Your-Courage and monitor your activity to see where this combination takes you.

The Tools I Use - What is SBI?

Productivity Depends on Process, Tools & Teams

Why Do I Use SBI?

One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage

Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity.

After a long research for the best in class tools for personal application, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry.

I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
