Verbalize Your Action, Issue #041 - Verbalize-Drinking-Enough
April 06, 2018

Drinking Enough is Your Lifestyle

In awareness terms you could consider drinking enough to refer to drinking the right drink, in the correct quantities and at correct intervals of time for the express benefit of your body and your soul.

That is, so that your body and your soul continue to function at their optimum levels.

In other words, if the drink has good or more than good benefits for your body and your soul, then drink it; drink enough of it; drink it at the correct or appropriate times that you require it; do not drink less of it and do not drink more than enough of it and that is all.

Why Drink Enough, No More and No Less?

The simple straight forward answer to this question is "so that you do not waste."

Everything is useful in a given quantity and quality for your body and your soul. This seems to be an important principle of life.

Excess is simply disposed of by your body and your soul or if the disposal mechanism is not very efficient then your body and your soul will suffer that adverse effect of over drinking of your particular drink.

It does not matter whether the drink is intoxicating or not. The principle still stands.

You drink less your body keeps craving for more. You drink more than enough you overload your organs that process.

Your Question Then is When is Enough, Enough?

You just posed an excellent question!

You are the one who decides when enough should be enough. Its your decision according to your level of awareness about that type of drink.

This implies that you should take steps to learn your body's and soul's demands of a drink, that is, become aware of the needs of your body and your soul for various types of drinks starting with water.

Please, do not rush yourself through this process. Step by step is another name for awareness.

Remember that situations always come one after another. So should your efforts be. There are many drinks that you take in a 24 hour cycle.

To also just start looking after yourself in this way might well be a new habit you need to develop, it takes time and may mean unlearning some old habits.

Note that your-patience is your key personal quality on this journey.

The Tools I Use - What is SBI?

Productivity Depends on Process, Tools & Teams

Why Do I Use SBI?

One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage

Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity.

After a long research for the best in class tools for personal application, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry.

I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
