How To Know Your Self
Learn To Develop Awareness From Your Own Physical Body
Why the physical body?, why?
As an owner and a user of your body, you most probably have asked yourself several times why who, what, where, when is this body.
Firstly, the most exciting things about asking questions is once you are used to sitting down - mostly alone - and pondering on these things, you enjoy the answers that stream back at you over potentially a long period of time since you posed those questions to the universe.
Secondly, the simple awareness answer to your "flesh" question is that the flesh can keep all the things that are inside (internally to) your body and enable you to deal with your external environment all at the same time.
How this is done you largely do not have to be concerned except where you are personally required.
There are more than enough valid areas or complexes where you are required.
Awareness Situations Sees Your Body To Be Composed Of An Innumerable Number of Complexes
Your body - the flesh and blood - is actually both a real and an apparent repository. Your body is a complex of complexes.
This is to just try and give you a perspective of who you are, if you are doubting yourself as to who you are.
Everywhere you look to your own body - and in today's world many disciplines are revealing more information about different part of our earthly bodies.
Whether you read or study about eating, sleeping, breathing, feeling, exercising and many other systems of your body you keep on getting more and more information.
So, in fact, you got no excuse not to study yourself as a person, a natural being full of purpose and goals to achieve.
These complexes all have roles and responsibilities you should strive to increase your awareness of.
The more aware you are of any complex the better you know how to respond to the demands therefrom.
You Increase Your Awareness One Complex At a Time
So how do you go about it.
You increase your awareness about a particular complex, for example your body muscle groups one step at a time, just like you go about using the onion metaphor.
You could go to the gym and exercise for all your life never coming to the understanding of muscle memory.
But if you read about exercising in addition to going to the gym, you will have a different approach to doing exercise when you are aware of muscle memory than when you are not aware of such.
Now, add to your muscle memory awareness, proper eating awareness and proper resting or sleeping awareness and you will find yourself at a light-shining position in your onion metaphor.
All these combinations are for you to reveal your flexibility in awareness.
Verbalize Your Flexibility Awareness
Start by saying what you are going to do, say it as if you have already accomplished it. The following verbalisation targets you at the different complexes you will meet even if you do not know about them yet.

Why Do I Use SBI?
One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage
Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity.
After a long research for the best in class tools for personal application, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry.
I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
