Verbalize Your Action, Issue #032 - Verbalize Your Doing
January 26, 2018
January 26th 2018 #032
This is a Principle: You Become What You Do All day
This is a very simple but equally powerful principle of life.
Everyday you do things which cause you to turn and become the result of what you are doing.
Take all the actions, including your speaking, that you have done during the day up to the time you go to bed.
That sum total of things done and words spoken equals whom you have just become - the new you.
The Following Day The New You Wakes Up
When the new you wakes up the following day your change process starts again.
Each action you do turns you into the results of that action, slowly but sure. It is a guaranteed thing that what you are doing is causing you to become a particular result.
This is irrespective of whether you like it or not. The fundamental truth is inside your action. The result you are looking for is kind of programmed inside your action.
This includes what you are saying with your own mouth (that is the words coming out of your mouth).
What Does This Imply?
This implies that if you want to change something in your life you should focus on changing the things you are doing rather than the results that you are seeing in your life. Of course the results of what you have done have something to teach you. But that is not the focus of this discussion.
This principle helps you focus on your actions because the result of your action is pretty much history.
This is why the popular definition of insanity focuses on you doing different things to those you have been doing up to now in order for you to get different results.
The difficulty lies in your old habits dying hard. That is why the first thing you will inevitably do to begin winning your battle against old habits is to speak the new thing that you want - verbalize!
Verbalize Your Doing
While verbalizing, your doing signals your intention to the whole world. Acting on what you have said signals the beginning of your acquisition of the reality of your intention.
Now, here is a verbalization:

Enhance your doing by using the key - AEBOD to cement this principle in your mind.
Note that If you want to rise higher than where you are at right now you first need a higher language.

The Tools I Use - What is SBI?
Productivity Depends on Process, Tools & Teams
Why Do I Use SBI?
One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage
Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity.
After a long research for the best in class tools for personal application, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry.
I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
