Verbalize Your Action, Issue #014 -- Identity is a Key

Identity is a Key

Your-personal-identity is a key you possess and wield as a protrusion, and a manifestation of an agent that is causing and facilitating your access to and motions inside and between spheres and realms. With this in mind I would like you to take a closer look at your key-to-access and your key-to-motion by way of an example.

Water can exist in three states - ice, water, and vapour or (water vapour). To enter each state you need to achieve a particular degree. So ice starts forming at -4 degrees celsius, while at 100 degrees celsius you start getting water vapour as you boil the water or apply heat to the water. But also between -4 degrees celsius and 99 degrees celsius you get varying temperatures of the same water.

In other words you have differents spheres - ice, water, and water vapour - of the same realm - Water. This is of course a very simplified view, but I hope it gives you the main idea.

Now, you can see that there is a motion inside the water caused and facilitated by agents, the heating agent and the cooling agents.

Recognise The Agents That Supply Your States

Without those agents (the heating and the cooling) nothing will happen, no states will change (ice, water, vapour) and therefore no motion from one sphere to another or one realm to another will happen. If Water is the object and ice is the state in which the Water is in then the agent is the cooling agent. If Water is the object and water vapour is the state in which the Water is in then the agent is the heating agent.

The same things happen with your personal identity.

You should be able to discern when your personal identity becomes a key-to-access and when your-personal-identity becomes a key-to-motion so that you can flow with your keys humbling yourself into different states as is required of you using the template in the example of the water.

The Following Image Gives You an Idea of The Many Keys You Have

If your-personal-identity has your key-to-access and your-key-motion, amongst many other identity keys, what keys do you think your other personal qualities provide you with?

Verbalization of Keys and Agents

Now, here is an interesting verbalization template application I like to do. In this particular case I have applied my verbalization template to my personal identity.

Do not forget to meditate on your verbalization.

10 Situational Identities of This Mimic Octopus Creature

Lets revisit the identity of one of many amazing creatures. If you look carefully at how the mimic octopus creature presents its identity in different ways and situations, the abundant richness of manoeuvres is extremely amazing.

See if you can count the different number of identities in the video below. I identified 10 different identities in different situations.

The question is what about the other identities that we have not seen. How many identities can this creature actually manifest?

Now, here is a bit of application in real life. If you were a soccer club manager or coach, which player would you choose when recruiting? One that can play 3 positions in the same 90 minutes or another who can play 7 different positions in the same 90 minutes match. why?

The Tools I Use - What is SBI?

Productivity Depends on Process, Tools & Teams

Why Do I Use SBI?

One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage

Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity.

After a long research for the best in class, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry.

I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
