Verbalize Your Action, Issue #019 -- Beware Your Feet Shared-Identity
October 20, 2017

September 20th 2017 #019

Be Aware of Your feet shared-identity

You stand, walk, run on your feet. Your feet shared-identities of standing, walking and running are so much part of you as a wonderful human being that you might not even realize that you live inside these shared-identities everyday.

You undisturbedly ignore your-right-foot and your-left-foot shared-identity until some kind of hindrance to your natural ability of standing, walking, and running suddenly reminds you of your feet shared identities.

You can, however, be diligently aware of what your-right-foot and your-left-foot are doing and even determine what your feet will do.

Pay Attention to Your-Right-Foot and Your-Left-Foot Shared-Identity

What would you do if you started paying attention to your feet just after you arrived on earth?

Imagine this for a moment, there!

Would you make a difference to your future standing, walking and running?

Surely, you would do all there is in your power to make sure that your feet are always in the best condition for you to stand, walk, run or do any number of things.

You can still pay the correct attention to your feet by being consciously aware of the situation of your-right-foot and your-left-foot.

You are aware of your feet using a nano approach.

Be Aware of Your Feet's Footprints on the Ground

Now, Take Your Feet's Shared-Identity Awareness Further

What if your whole life was dependent on standing, walking and running?

Say, your work, for example or your career, such as being a sports person. What would you do to make sure your feet were in tip-top position for you to do your job, career and other things?

Now, you are talking! You would do all it takes for you to look after your feet because all of a sudden the value of your feet has now significantly appreciated with the work or sports career you are involved in.

This is the way you should go about looking after your own awareness.

Take the opportunity to develop your self awareness in all situations.

Self Awareness Development

Apply the AEBOD To Your-Right-Foot and Your-Left-Foot

One way for you to verbalize this is:

1) You are Aware of your-right-foot and your-left-foot shared-identity. 2) You are Engaged with or to or in your-right-foot and your-left-foot shared-identity. 3) You are Based inside your-right-foot and your-left-foot shared-identity. 4) You are Oriented to and/or by your-right-foot and your-left-foot shared-identity 5) You are Driven on or by or through your-right-foot and your-left-food shared-identity.

This has been a simple example using what you already know - using your feet.

Now try and ponder upon the things you need to do regarding your self awareness development in situations.

Remember to meditate on your shared-identities - standing, walking, running - and add others from your meditation. For example, jumping

You always need at least two role players in a shared-identity. So Practice Shared Identity

The Tools I Use - What is SBI?

Productivity Depends on Process, Tools & Teams

Why Do I Use SBI?

One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage

Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity.

After a long research for the best in class, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry.

I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
